Gautham , yes i agree that PR system based on IBL and OBL. but my ampli5 as more backlinks than this blog, or some of our two friends who got 5 , 4 , 3 pr for nothing. obviously, i write some ads. :) No one can predict how they give PR. While my new blog gets good number of hits everyday but still it dosnt get a ranking ! Personally i dont think it works or maybe i dont understand :o ! thats impossible !
